    • Not bad but not great...for certain skin types
This is really not a bad product. If I had never used Bare Minerals Prime Time, I probably would have given this 5 stars. There is no scent, it goes on smoothly, leaves no trace of product on my face and doesn't cause breakouts. Bare Minerals is phenomenal in the no-breakout department! The reason for 3 stars is that I am comparing it to a different product that is perfect for me. Prime Time has been my go to for years, but it was out of stock. I saw this was slightly cheaper and thought it would work as well. Since I was completely out and have never been disappointed with anything Bare Minerals related, it was worth a shot. However, it takes more of this product to feel I have the texture I like, and even with more product, it still doesn't feel as satisfying as I like. A very small amount of Prime Time goes such a long way and feels exactly how I like my skin to feel. I will add I am in my 50's now, so my natural moisture level in my face isn't satisfying either. :) I think anyone under 50 would get a lot of use out of this and be very happy...I'll focus on doing testimonials for Prime Time since that sounds like what I did anyway! ... show more

With my other primers, after putting on makeup, the next day, my chin would always break out. But I was sold on the cheap crap. Bare Minerals is no joke. I've used this primer with their other products... No breakouts. I've used this with other products... No break outs. I've used this on the really cheap products.... No break outs. The price is worth every drop. Never will I buy the other primers.... From a year ago on out. This is the only primer I'll buy. ... show more

Have tried many other primers and the balance between moisturizing and oil control is perfect! Can use very little and it covers extremely well.

    • Light & silky, and not oily. Great primer under liquid makeup.
Face primer for under liquid makeup. Very smooth, light and silky yet not oily. It resembles a past product they'd produced for years but discontinued. Took a chance that it was similar and it was....yea! Seems like the just renamed it.

It applies well and doesn't cause any irritation, but I'm afraid it doesn't seem to make my foundation last any longer.
