These are one of my favorite protein bars. The Chocolate Dough flavor tastes like a dessert, not a protein bar—soft, chewy, and no weird aftertaste. Perfect when I want something sweet but still need protein. Definitely a repeat buy.

Holy ****** came across these in a store and tried them 18 to 20 carbs plus 20 gms of protein and tastes like a real candy bar. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and these don't raise my blood sugar since the use the same trick as others, Alcohol sugar which is only used in the liver and doesn't increase your blood sugar. I have tracked it on my CGM ( Constant Glucose Monitor ) and I only see a few point jump about 1/2 hour after eating. These won't even take me out of a low blood sugar. Much better than others I have tried and MetX are nothing other than a Snickers bar. Wish they were a little less expensive, then i would share.

I love the taste of these protein bars and ordered it when the weather was cool so it would not melt. The bars did not melt but it looked like it fell out of the back of a truck and tumbled all over the place. Fortunately no package was torn open but some were bent up, I guess since I will be eating them it’s ok. Removed 1 star because of the packaging, other than that it’s a great protein bar.

Buyer beware! My bars were not properly sealed. This item is not returnable. I do not feel comfortable eating a product that comes with the individual packing open and not sealed. Now I have a $30 box of bars I won’t eat. Really frustrating. I’m appalled I cannot return these bars for a new box.
