Very nice comforter, no weird smell when I opened it. Color is rich, fabric seems good and it isn't too thick. The only complaint is that for a King it is a bit short, and I'm putting this on my camping trailer king bed and the bed sizes are never the same as a resident bed, always a bit smaller... so you can understand when I say its short....it would be too short for my king bed in my home and I would most likely be sending it back.
