I was happy to try this Bare Anatomy Nature x Science Rosemary Water Spray for Hair Growth & Hair Thickness. I have had thin hair for years. It's difficult to style and there's not much I can do with it. I have to use a ton of hairspray. I'm always trying new products for hair growth and thickness. One thing about this product that I really like is that you can spray it on your scalp and hair and leave it in. You don't have to rinse it out, so it's simple and easy to use whenever you like. The scent smells clean and fresh with a hint of rosemary. My hair feels soft and smooth after I use it, and there's no oily or greasy residue. I also noticed that it cuts down on frizz. The product is very mild. I have noticed a slight thickening of my hair in the two weeks that I've used the product. I will continue to use it and see if it continues to provide results. Overall, I'm happy with the results so far.

Since it’s a water-based, alcohol-free, and sulphate-free formula, it feels very gentle and lightweight, not sticky or drying at all. No one tells you that you can't leave this on your hair longer than twenty minutes. This stuff made my hair so brittle and it broke off around the edges. It hasn't add length. My hair is short all over but especially on the top and in front. And it can't be used everyday This is from Google "You should not leave rice water in your hair. Leaving it on for extended periods or overnight can cause a heavy protein overload, leading to stiff, brittle hair and a dry, irritated scalp. Instead, apply it as a rinse for 10 to 20 minutes max, then rinse it out thoroughly.' That is not on the bottle anywhere.
