I had the worst knocking from under the valve cover. I thought it was a goner but with in 3 days of going back and forth to work it was gone. Can't leave out right before it was gone I was full throttle .. must of burnt out the build up.

Hard to know if it really works or not, I use it in my 2008 infiniti because it has 230k mileage, so it needs a boost every now and then to keep it running. it's easy to pour in the engine and doesn't cost a lot.

Used this on a 2005 Chrysler 300 with 137,000 miles. Never had an issue with oil leak. So I tried this and it worked! I followed the directions and what an inexpensive way to avoid high cost car repair! My car passed inspection with no problem. Very happy.

Product worked and stopped smoking upon start up in my old 1999 Rav4. I do burn less engine oil between changes, but it did not stop it completely, especially when highway driving. I cannot tell if it's placebo but did feel as though my engine compression was improved. I did add a second bottle and it seemed to improve it's effectiveness. Ultimately, I can't fault the product as it's a quick fix to a much larger issue. If you're looking for something to hold you over until you can really do the repair i.e. valve seals, etc. this is the ticket! ... show more
