Description

EX120 starts repairing scratched and worn metal as soon as it is added to an automatic transmission. Revitalizant acts as a catalyst for rebuilding and repairing metal in areas of excessive thermal energy. It activates the absorption process of carbon through the surface layer which results in the formation of metal carbides. Revitalizant rebuilds parts at a molecular level, atom-by-atom. A new durable protective coating is formed with the help of carbides and metal particles. Diffusion of the protective layer into the metal results in an extra durable gradient coating with positive pressing stress forming along the entire treated surface in the final stage of Revitalization. Application: Ensure the syringe is at room temperature so that contents flow freely. Add the necessary amount of the revitalizant into the transmission fluid reservoir. Drive the car normally. Revitalization is considered to be complete after 50 hours (approx. 1,500 km or 950 miles) of transmission operation. Dosage: 5-8 ATF qts = 1 Syringe 9-12 ATF qts = 2 Syringes 13-15 ATF qts = 3 Syringes Note: A decrease in noise levels from the very first hour of operation is a sign that the revitalization process has begun. Some automobiles with excessive transmission wear may require an extra dose of EX120, especially when improvement is noticed, but soon after problems return. Revitalizant is compatible with all types of fluids for the automatic transmissions: Dexron, Mercon, Mopar, CVT, etc. It does not enter into chemical reactions with transmission fluids or change their viscosity, friction or other physical-chemical properties. The protective metal-ceramic coating is formed on any operative mechanism, however, if the state of the mechanism (part) is in critical condition (100% wear), the worn part should be replaced.

  • It actually worked!!
Size: Manual
The 4th gear syncro in my impreza had been crunching for at least the last 50k mile or more. I had to learn how to double clutch like an old non-synchro manual to work around it. The trans was due for an oil change, so I put some fresh gear oil in. The problem was still there. Then I remembered seeing this product on Amazon. I didn't have high hopes for it, but for $20 per box, I figured why not. I put two syringes in and after a 10 minute drive in the neighborhood, the 4th gear crunch was completely gone, and even 5th felt better. My trans is shifting like brand new. Only time will tell how long it'll last. I still can't believe it worked. It's like witch craft. I'm so happy my baby is fixed. ... show more

  • Xado gear revitalize seem to help increase the life of your transmission. Used it before on boat lower end and snowmobile chain
Size: Manual
I have used this product before in the blister pack on my snowmobiles chain cases and I had my track replaced on my 1996 Polaris Xlt touring sled and the shop which did it commented on the condition of the gears in the chain case and how the reverse gear looked like new despite the snowmobile having 7500 miles on it. I did this back in 2010 and now have about 9000 miles on my Sled. I use Amsoil interceptor and Amsoil chain case lube and Xado products to help maintain my vehicles. I used Xado for the first time back in 2007 when my wife told me our 1995 Dodge Stratus ES with the 2.5 liter V6 engine was making a rattling sound. I checked the oil and found nothing on the oil dip stick. I added oil and soon found that the factory oil pressure sender sprung a leak. I went over to Napa and got another oil sender and changed the oil with Amsoil synthetic and I noticed once the engine warmed up the oil light would flicker when idling. I went to a mechanic and he told me I most likely spun a con rod or main bearing with the engine being ran without oil. I told him I use Amsoil and he said that most likely prevented the engine from locking up. He suggested that I use Lucas which help some what on preventing the oil light from flickering constantly whIle idling. I stumbled across Xado on the internet a decided to give it a try and by the second tube out of the 3 blisters the oil light flicker was off for good. We drove the car for another 2 years after that before we sold it and the check oil light stayed off. I use both Amsoil synthetic oil and Xado engine treatment in all my cars and I have a 2003 Hyundai Elantra with over 400,000 miles on the original never been rebuilt engine and transmission and I am not sure if its entirely the Amsoil or a combination of both Amsoil synthetic and Xado but the car still runs well and the transmission shifts very well and I use Amsoil ATF which I recently did a drain and fill on. I even put it in my Fiesta after changing the DCT gear lube as preventive maintenance. I seen about a 1 mpg increase in Fuel economy since changing the fluid and adding the 120+ gear Xado gear revitalize. I figured it is cheap insurance and I like the fuel economy of the 2012 Ford Fiesta SE so I will see if it helps to increase the cars longevity even with Ford's poorly rated DCT 6 speed automated manual transmission. I bought the car used in 2014 and loved the price $10,000 and fuel economy 40 mpg. I thought about buying a Prius but a similar used Prius was over 7000 dollars more expensive than the Fiesta for simular miles 24,000 on the odometer and model year. So far working out very well. ... show more

  • Got my lazy transmission back to working like new
Size: Automatic
Got my lazy transmission back to working like new. Transmission was sluggish. Didn't have to hold my foot on the brake at a light. It was like the torque converter was not putting out enough pressure or first gear clutches were slipping. Whichever, its good now. It has been a month and still no problems. ... show more

  • Like new!

This stuff is amazing. Added to my 2017 Sportage SX TGDI 200miles ago, and it is like it's a brand new transmission. Shifts are quicker, quieter, and smoother. 100% recommend 👌

  • Lucas is better
Size: Automatic
Used 3 in a 06 Volvo XC90. The valve body’s are known to have problems wearing down in these so I decided to give this a try before I have it replaced. The reason I chose this product is because it says it repairs metal. My symptoms were hard 2-3 up shift that was noticeable when cold almost went away when driving on the highway but in stop and go traffic or idling for awhile it got a lot worse. When it got really hot it would sometimes flare up when going to 2-3 then clunk into 4th. If I keep airflow to the cooler it does a lot better. Also when it got warmer I would get a hard 3-2 downshift but was almost nonexistent when airflow was good. I realize that it is a very temp dependent issue but after lots of research I found it’s the valve body wearing down. Before I added it I changed all of the fluid with oem fluid and reset adaptations then drove for about 1000 miles to see if there was a change. It was slightly better after fluid change so I decided to add this to see if I could make it better. It got worse for awhile at first and I thought I messed up and was regretting it but I kept driving it. After another 1k it got maybe 10% better than it was before. I really didn’t want to pay for the valve body yet so I decided to drain some fluid out and add a bottle of Lucas and made sure the level was correct. The Lucas made it about 50-70% better but it still didn’t like the heat. I drive a lot of highway miles and it’s perfectly fine on the highway but after 30 min of stop and go traffic it starts to shift harder again. I realize that I have damaged parts and there is no magic potion to fix that so it was basically a last ditch effort. I feel that a lot of the reviews aren’t based on results but instead of what’s in people’s heads. If you are trying to get that last bit of life out of your transmission I’d go with Lucas because I’ve always had good results with it. It’s also a lot cheaper than this stuff and even if it doesn’t work it’s less money wasted. ... show more

  • Shudder is completely gone!
Size: Automatic
I have a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid and it has had CVT transmission shudder and a bit of sluggish acceleration after driving for a while and the engine gets warm. I tried LubeGuard additive, which helped a bit, but it didn't eliminate the problem. I was about to give up and go get the transmission checked out but decided to give this a try. I really couldn't imagine that a little syringe of liquid could do anything much, but I put it in and left the car parked for a few days. When I drove the next time, I travelled around 300 miles on highway and in the city and not a single shudder or lack of response. I am AMAZED! Fantastic result and I highly recommend you try this before spending $$$ at a mechanic checking your transmission. ... show more
