I ordered this like 2 months ago now and I haven't even been able to use it yet because it says it needs to be 3 inches off the ground in order for the water to drain properly, and it isn't designed with that already in mind. I ordered some stools from Walmart to prop it up but I just don't see that or anything else that is going to be sturdy enough to keep this thing from rocking around too much and throwing it off it's own balance. I don't know what to do. I'm not going to return it because I still need it, but keep the 3 inches thing in mind. You will need something to boost all 4 feet of the base because putting things in between the feet to hold it up won't work as it won't be level due to the design of the underside. I am quite frustrated and haven't been able to do laundry on top of that. Hence why I bought the thing. I hope the sellers update the design to naturally have the hose 3 inches off the ground, such as simply increasing the height of the "feet". EDIT: After posting my review, the seller contacted me through Amazon and said they apologized that I was disappointed with the product and offered me a partial refund, which was WAY more than I ever expected! The partial refund reimbursed me for the stools I already bought (unfortunately didn't work out, not this sellers fault) and is also helping me purchase other options to lift the machine higher so it will drain properly! Very prompt, unexpected customer service and a very kind offer! Thank you again!

Came sooner than expected and was packaged well. I am disabled, but I was able to get it in, move it to its location and unbox/set up by myself. Had to take rest breaks but it was do able. Set up: I'm storing and using it inside my standard size bathtub/shower (when I need to use the bathtub, I left it out and onto a luggage cart on wheels and roll it into my kitchen area, then put it back when done, since I live in a very small one room studio apartment). Since it drains 100% by gravity, I ordered two non-slip foot stools and put them into the bathtub slightly apart from each other, then placed the washing machine on top of the foot stools (the space between the foot stools allow good air flow to the underside of the washing machine where the motors are located and keeps the bottom of the washing machine out of any drainage water flow), this raises the washing machine off the bottom surface of the bathtub and allows for full gravity drainage (I just let the drainage hose hang down into bathtub and use the tub drainage). The lint filter in the washing machine keeps the drainage water clean enough to not cause a problem with the tub drain clogging up (but you must keep the filter clean!). Even with the somewhat longer cord, I still needed to use a heavy duty extension cord with a surge protector for added safety. I did not hook up to water since I'm using it in my bathtub, I just fill it with the desired water temperature and level using my handheld shower head and it works great! (It doesn't have automatic water levels so you have to manually fill it either way by turning the water on and off.) How it works: I have found it works best using only a few items at a time (example/2 lightweight cotton blend long sleeve shirts and 1 lightweight cotton sleeveless nightgown per load) and full tub of water. Soak cycle, then normal wash cycle. It does intermittent agitation that is rather strong (sometimes strong enough to tie items into a knot... lol) and it does get clothes clean. Move to drain cycle manually when wash cycle is over and it drains quickly and completely (IF you have the hose lower than the bottom of the washer). You can choose how many wash cycles you want to do by refilling and resetting the timer. I found the spin side works best when I only spin one item at a time (unless it is socks or underwear) and spins very fast and gets most all of the water out! Leave the setting on "drain" when using the spin side for best results (you can add clean water when spinning to help with the rinse). I found it easier to do the rinse in the washer side. After spinning items, I rinse the washer out first, then move timer off drain and onto normal cycle. Put items into washer and refill with water. Set to normal wash cycle to do a full rinse, then move to "drain" setting. Last put each item through a short spin cycle! Clothes are done! Hang them up to finish drying. I have found it best to then clean the filter in the washer and with the drain setting on, I use my handheld shower head to rinse out both sides so that the washer and spin basket stay clean and fresh, ready for next use. It looks nice. Easy to set up and use. It is not very loud at all (I use it right next to a shared wall of my apartment and my neighbor said he doesn't even hear it, he said I make more noise taking a shower/bath then the washing machine.. lol). So overall (so far, it has only been a few months) it works better than I had expected! I am very satisfied and would recommend. I haven't had to contact Customer Service so I can't address that part. If anything changes or fails I will update, otherwise no new update is good news and all is well!

I live out in the sticks. It takes me at least 40 minutes through winding hilly roads to get to the nearest laundromat. With gas going up daily, it was costing too much to do laundry. On average it cost me at least 20.00 at the laundromat, at least 10.00 in gas and nearly 4 hours of my time. There's got to be a better way! So I broke down and bought this machine. I figure after saving me 6 trips to the laundromat it will have paid for itself. Not to mention no more lugging laundry up and down stairs and dragging my dogs along to sit in the car for hours. The wash motor is super strong. It seems to me that it works best if the cloths are floating. I've read reviews saying it will leak a little if over filled. But I haven't had that issue. I did a pair of jeans, sweatshirt, tshirt, underwears and socks in both loads so far. It seems like it can handle a bit more. More tests are needed. The spinner, I have also read you want to run twice to get good and dry. So that's what I did. It spins really fast and doesn't seem to have an issue at all. You can only spin about half of the load at a time. it takes about ten minutes to spin. It should have no problem doing blankets, towels etc. Maybe not huge comforters. Otherwise everything came out nice and clean. The machine doesn't appear to be automatic at all. I just put it in my tub and use my detachable shower head to fill it. I think if you hook it up to the sink you'd still have to monitor the filling so as not to over flow it. I just let the drain hose lie on the tub floor, so set up was easy. Plug in and wash. I read reviews saying it was loud. It's not that loud at all. Probably a little quieter that my old standard machine. It's a little loud when you first start the spin because you can hear the water spraying out at first, but only for like 30 seconds. When it's done you drain it, refill and set the timer. I over did the soap at first so rinsed twice. But still only took about an hour per load. The best part is I don't have to sit around with my thumb up my as I was saying... The machine doesn't wobble at all despite it's light weight. I thought that might be an issue but it balances out nicely. I'm pretty sure there is no drain pump, so it drains with gravity, but since it's in my tub it's not an issue. Honestly I'm not sure I'd set it on my kitchen floor and walk away. But being that it's in the tub there is that peace of mind if it does leak at all. You could also fill it with a bucket if you dont have a detachable shower. It weighs only 22 lbs so it's easy to get in and out of the tub. Anyway, I'm super happy I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore. If you're like me, and you've been hemming and hawing, just buy one of these. It's sooo worth it. Hopefully it lasts a while. We shall see. Update: I opened a board and train 8 mos ago. I use it to wash my clothes, plus dog blankets. I have to shove the blankets and squish them to fit in the spinner. I wash about 15 blankets a week plus my clothes. I've run it daily for the past 3 plus years. I recently left the water running and didnt put the drain hose down and the machine and spinner filled with water. It hasnt been the same since. The brake on the spinner aint so great any more and the wash spinner got weaker. My bad. But it was running strong up to that point with all I put it through. I'd buy another, but I think it's time for a larger size. Update: It finally died. The wash still works but the spinner barely works and makes a lot of noise. I got 3 plus years out of it, as much as I put it through, it should last a single person with normal use about 5 years. Totally worth it IMO.
