I had been using expensive rechargeable hearing aids from a major retailer. The right side quit working while I was in the hospital for 2 months. I was not able to make the required visit for repair . Decided to order these amplifiers and figured they would be better than nothing for the short term. Very surprised to find that they were better than the expensive brand I had been using! I wasn’t sure I could manage the set up since I am 80 years old. But I do know how to read instructions; the booklet that came with these hearing aids was good, with plenty of illustrations. I learned how to choose the right earplugs for my narrow canals, how to clean the devices, and light troubleshooting. I email any questions I have and receive a thorough answer the next morning. Very pleased with both the hearing aids and the customer service! I’m home from the hospital now and have decided to keep and use this product. I am handicapped and it’s much easier for me to use the Internet for information and help rather than finding somebody to drive me to the facility where I used to go ... show more

OK, this is preliminary, but I'm feeling pretty positive about this piece of equipment, so far. Some hints: 1. It does NOT fit BEHIND the EAR, but ATOP the ear...and a little behind (and you'll have to twist the tube to get it to the auditory canal). 2. If you're not sure about it, by ALL means, switch over to the OTHER mode. I found the second one to be more to my liking. 3. If--after awhile--you find that the "aid" is bugging you, turn the volume down. I found that one of the lowest volume settings gave me JUST a LITTLE boost (of hearing enhancement--which seemed to be adequate), and was less irritating. 4. Experiment with different "cones." 5. In FACT, experiment with EVERYTHING...and I'd suggest you give it some time, for you to get acclimated to it. 6. Yes, the instructions ARE kind've complicated...but the system makes sense...once you get things "figgered-out!!" ... show more

Back in 2019 I purchased two pairs of their hearing aids and still use them today. So I thought why not try these newer models. Once received it took approximately 4 hours to fully charge both the charging case and the units themselves. The hearing aids are very clear with good noise cancelling. They are very comfortable and smaller than my first pairs from 2019. I have dealt with this Amazon company on a few occasions and always received great customer service from start to finish whether it was for help and/or issues with a order which were immediately taken care of. I'm absolutely satisfied with these sound amplifier. It is as efficient as you can expect for the price, or even more. I can see a company committed with his product here. Each one has its own hearing loss experience and need, and this is something that cannot be generalized. What work for one doesn't for another. Therefore, this product demands only one key thing: time and patient. Trial and error until figure out your optimal setting. I was able to feel comfortable after two days of adjustments. But the result is fully satisfactory. The noise canceling programed really works, and I have no need of multiple adjustments according to the environment. Within the car I can hear easily while the surrounding sound on the road is turn off. Personal conversations, music in the car or computer sound clear. Volume adjust works fine. A word apart for the technical support. I had an issue with one of the amplifiers and contacted the technical service. On Sunday. They responded in less than a half hour. And as needing to travel abroad, they rushed to send me a replacement. What else to add? ... show more

I had purchased a different type of hearing aids about a year ago. They have been in the charger most of the time. They hurt my ear and they kept j falling out. I decided to stop being so vain and purchased these over the ear type. I'm so glad I did. I can really hear again. The instructions were very detailed. T the voice of ear pieces have meet plenty to make sure I was comfortable. You can barely see the ear piece. One of the best purchases I have ever made. This is a follow up review. Unfortunately through no one's fault, I had to contact the seller. I couldn't believe the swiftness of their response and their willingness to help. I am a first time user of hearing aid. Have been using this hearing aid for almost a week now. Can definitely tell a difference between hearing with and without this hearing aid. I can hear more sounds (and noises ;-)) than before when I wear it. My biggest challenge is finding ear domes that will fit my ear canals. This product ships with different sized ear domes which help with the fitting. Apparently my left ear canal is narrower than my right ear canal because I can only fit the smallest sized ear dome in my left ear and a medium sized dome in the right ear to get the best fit. Getting a good fit is critical to prevent whistling. After a good fit is found, the rest is easy. ... show more
