These "big tube" aids have good sound quality vs. the "small tube" aids I tried. This is my second set of Banglijian aid and I'm so pleased (so far). I would recommend these to anyone with moderate to sever hearing loss.

I received the 201A hearing aids: The shipping was prompt. I had ordered a different model of this company's hearing aids prior to receiving the 201As, but I had trouble with the tones emitted when changing hearing levels. I corresponded with the company, and they responded immediately. Even though it was after the trial period, they were happy to exchange the ones I had for the 201As, which was the first hearing aid I ever had, purchased from them a number of years ago. Why did I go back to this company for new hearing aids? Overtime, these hearing aids all lose their effectiveness due to battery aging: Unfortunately, the batteries cannot be replaced. Therefore, new hearing aids need to be gotten. I returned to this company to purchase new aids because of their excellent service, lightning-fast response to questions sent to them, and because of how pleased I was with my first 201A hearing aid. These hearing aids do everything they claim they will do. The noise cancellation is very good, and the simplicity with increasing the volume is great. They hold a charge for a long time and they re-charge very quickly. They are comfortable to wear, and, therefore it is easy to forget you have them in when you jump into the shower, so be careful! They are lightweight, fit well, and are very inconspicuous even with short hair. Further, the company gives you a vast selection of silicone pieces to fit to the end of the aid. With the vast selection, it is easy to find an end that fits comfortably into your ear and makes the amplification easy to hear. In conclusion, I highly recommend This company. They have the best company service of ANY company I have dealt with on Amazon over the years. ... show more
