Uploaded photos show it all!! Bit difficult to illustrate, but if you zoom in it's quite clear.. Exact same type of dough/bench/cake scraper from a reputable seller is pictured next to this garbage. This 1 has a blue star below it & other brand has a blue line below it. This *might* be 1/4 thickness. In the other photo I drew a blue line along the bottom & side (likely need to zoom in), which show the very jagged edges & even a little nub of plastic on the side. Clearly very poor manufacture & so thin that the cut out machines don't achieve any crisp edges. Any attempt to trim or sharpen an edge would no way result in a perfectly straight edge (I've tried with prior projects). The ultra thin construction also lends itself to deformation/dents/divets upon doing much of anything. Any1 dreaming for a clean/smooth finish on a cake or needing a sturdy tool they can use more than once: KEEP LOOKING! I VERY rarely leave a negative review - I more often reach out to a seller to advise them of a quality issue so they can try to work on it; they're often not even aware as items go straight to Amazon for distribution & joining the droves of geniuses online who Karen every product to death doesn't fix anything........ Frustrated enough & feel the photos+description are misleading enough that these pix & review couldn't be avoided. ... show more
