I bought two pairs of the 3 pocket fleece leggings in XXL, one in orange and one in purple. The orange one is great. I am a 5'5" woman, 180 pounds. The pockets look small but they are deep and stretchy and actually work for phone and keys in the gym! It's great to have warm, comfy winter fleece leggings with pockets! The other purple was REALLY huge and started sagging right away. I too, like others, have worn XL for years in Baleaf products and now suddenly need XXL when the XL products still fit. Baleaf needs to standardize its XL and XXL sizing. As someone else said, if you are in this size range, get ready to order a variety of products and do returns. I'm very cold natured so regular leggings just aren't warm enough in the winter time. I don't work out in these but for daily wear they are perfect. The material is nice and thick but has good stretch. The lininig is a soft, thin, fleece lining that makes these so much warmer than regular leggings. The material is not shiny which I have found in some other brands of fleece lined leggings. I got the 3 pocket style so I can carry my phone but am going to order the one pocket style for a sleeker look with sweaters and boots. I'm 5'8", 122 lbs and the XS fits perfect. ... show more

True-to-size. Since I didn't want the spray-painted on look, I ordered up. They're a couple inches shorter than I'd like, same as with "regular" length jeans. They are opaque, with a nice stretch without being droopy. And I was startled to find they are warmer and more comfortable than jeans! They are not "fleece lined", the fabric has a thatched look on the inside. Minus one star because of the colors. I ordered the "grey" and "dark blue" expecting a nice charcoal gray, and a deep denim blue. But "grey" is a very pale silver gray, and "dark blue" is more like royal blue. The "purple" was disappointing. I ordered it to wear around the house because it's my favorite color. It's plum not purple. So I relegated all three to house wear only. "Gray" and "navy blue" turned out to be the colors I expected. I wound up ordering two pairs in black. ... show more

I never write Amazon product reviews, but these are amazing. Comfy and warm, and they look great. Honestly a dupe for big brand leggings and at an unbeatable price. I wore them outside twice in 30° weather and they really helped cut the chill! Are they as warm as snowpants? No. But they are great for working out outdoors, and would be a great under layer for skiing etc if worn under snowpants. ... show more

The leggings checked several boxes for me. They are lined, water resistant, and have side pockets. These lined leggings are fairly warm. I wear them under pants or sweats in Michigan and they do fine. However, after only one or two wears, they are starting to pill. I wore them to South Dakota over the Thanksgiving holiday, where it was very cold, windy, and snowing. The only thing that kept me fairly warm was my big coat from Duluth Trading, and it only goes down to above my knees. The bottoms of my legs were cold, despite wearing all the layers and long wool socks (two pairs). I was in between sizes, so I got the medium and large. Both fit, I just need to tie the string in the large leggings to keep them up! Since I mostly wear these as an under layer when I go out I am keeping them and will shave off the pilling. I got them on sale, so cheep enough that if they only last a season or two it will be okay. I used to get the Altitude leggings from Athleta, but they are no longer using Polartec, so I am still searching for a replacement of quality lined leggings. ... show more

Comfortable and warm with pockets. Great leggings, but order a size down. They fit a bit loose. I Had to exchange the large (usually legging size) for the medium.
