I absolutely love how this is adjustable and is why I got it. BUT it took a lot of messing around to get the seat to stay where we needed it so my 2 1/2 year old can ride it comfortably. He is over 40 pounds and the seat kept sliding down. I couldn't tell you how many times my husband adjusted and tightened it. It eventually stayed but I'm worried about the next adjustment for when he needs it higher. Beaides that it's great. My son loves it, took a little but of getting use to but it's his favorite thing to do now.

This is the first balance bike my kids have tried to ride. Luckily, my 2.5 & 4.5 year old's both fall into the age category for this bike. They love it! We got it about a week ago, and at first they were fighting over it to the point where we were having to constantly adjust the seat and handlebars back and forth for each child. Now, my 4.5 year old has been riding it more than the younger one since my 2.5 year old has something else she can ride better. Over the past week of use, my 4.5 year old has gone from slowly walking with the bike to zipping by around corners. He does wipe out around corners sometimes, but the kid who usually would cry over something like that will just get right back up and start riding again! He has come a long way just riding this bike around the house over the past week. It's currently winter and since the bike is new, it's nice that my kids can ride in the house until spring comes. I want to note that my child used training wheels the past few years on a regular bike, and I don't think that helped at all with his balance. I am excited to see if by using this balance bike he will more easily be able to ride without training wheels over the next 1-2 years since he will be 5 this summer. The bike needs to be assembled (see photo of separate parts followed by photo of finished product). My husband is good at putting things together and he got the bike together in less than 5 minutes. No tools needed. The only slight issue we had is that when my 4.5 year old was riding the bike, the handlebars kept sliding down to be in the lowest setting. Perhaps this was because we had to keep adjusting it back and forth for our kids. There is a knob used for tightening in addition to the main clamp that holds it in place, so my husband has seemed to get it tight enough for now where it doesn't slide down anymore. We will see what happens when my 2.5 year old wants a turn again. The price point of this bike seems right compared to others I've seen on-line. The bike seems to be of good quality, and it is light-weight and easy for kids to maneuver. The lights on the wheels work well on the bike we received. This is extra fun when it's dark out. The white color of the bike works well since I have 2 kids (1 boy and 1 girl). If the company doesn't yet offer different colors of the bike, they may want to offer different colors in the future so kids can choose whatever color they like. My kids love this bike, it has worked well for us, and I would recommend this brand.

I placed the order on February 6 and received it a few days later, but my cutoff time for returns was March 6. Regrettably, I didn't realize that one of the tires doesn't light up, and there's a misalignment between the handlebars and the wheels. Consequently, I'm unable to use or return the item.

The media could not be loaded. Each part is packaged in a small plastic bag, sharper ends are covered with foam held with tie wrap, parts making the frame are metallic, wheels are plastic, handle bar and seat are both. There 6 leds per wheel, no need for battery they light up when the wheel turn. Seat and handle bar are adjustable as advertised. Wish the wheels were rubber but other than that it seems to be a good balance bike. It’s not évolutive other than in height (no way to add bike pedals) but that’s as advertised.
