If my neck was 3 or 4 inches longer maybe this would get 5 stars. This is perfect if u want to feel like a turtle all day. Look at your hoodie. The hood starts your shoulders, or the base of the neck. This has 3 to 4 inches of material before the hood starts. And on top of that. Unless I have a small head. Forget about putting your hood down. The way this is shaped is more like a balaclava. Put it on and it stays on until u take it off. It’s warm.
