Description

The Baker Logo deck is one of the most easily recognizable boards in all of skateboarding. Classic Style on an OG shape with mellow concave. 100% Canadian maple with tons of life and pop. This deck is 8.25� x 31.875� with a 14.25� wheelbase. Core trucks are light weight and feature heavy duty aluminum with grade 8 steel kingpins and axles, as well as USA made bushings and pivot cups. 52mm 99A are the perfect wheels for both street and park skating. Like the name states, Amphetamine bearings are stimulants for your wheels! Light synthetic oil, Delrin Crowns, and Rubber Serviceable Shields are a few of the things that makes these bearings one of the best Abec 5 rated bearings on the market. Arrives un-assembled which allows for customization and a feeling of accomplishment. Skaters love building their boards! Easy to assemble!

The bearings on the skateboard were faulty. The seller charged me $48 "restocking" fee when I returned it. Buyer beware.

    • Bit of a let down
I bought this board for my son because I used to skate Baker back in the early 00's. The board itself is as I remember it. My gripes come with what TGM chose to send along with the board. The ad states this board comes with Core trucks. When the package arrived, the trucks inside were unbranded, making it impossible to tell whether they are actually Core trucks or not. Also, the trucks, while probably fine for a board sized 7.5 to 7.75 inches wide, are noticeably too small for the 8.25 inch wide deck I ordered. I ordered another complete deck for myself from another company, and I got trucks that actually fit my board. It would be nice to see the same attention to detail from a company selling premium products like Baker. Long story short, lesson learned. I'll be sticking with my local shop from now on, that way I can ensure the things I order are up to Parr, especially for the price I'm paying. ... show more
