It ok, just don’t assume it will be “easy” installation. It only works for putting the tire over the wheel, not taking it off. It does work as advertised and will prevent a tube pinch, however it still takes some serious work to install, even with this tool. It bent on my 2nd use and it’s a bad, it almost wouldn’t push the tire over the wheel anymore. I will have to replace the gold rod before using it again. This is about my 15th motorcycle in 50 years of riding, and the tire is tough to mount. The axle rod bent while using it the first time. It arrived in plastic wrapper. I Didn't get around to placing it in my tool roll until after the return window closed and discoverer, scratched and bent. Hopefully it will still be functional.
