My first project was done within an hour. So easy for a beginner. If malfunction appears when setting up make sure the bobbin fill reel is off at the top of the machine. It is called a roller.

The media could not be loaded. I had a problem when I first tried to use the machine. No matter what I did,it didn't work, it just showed two screens and it said the spindle was locked. I went to customer support and they got back to me quickly and fixed it. Really simple! Just push the Bobbin Winder on the machine to the left before using.Now the machine is running very well.Good machine.I would recommend it to others ,continue to use it and then review it.

The media could not be loaded. This BAi Embroidery is very nice. It came with so many items for you to start a project. Plenty of thread, stabilizer, 2 different hoops, and of bobbins are included. Also the stitch speed seems to be faster then some other embroidery machines I have used. Haven't had any thread breaks. Comes with a manual which shows how to let the machine know which hoop your using. Please read manual it helps a lot. Will definitely recommend for a beginner or advance in embroidery. Great value and worth the buy.

I like that it was a afforadable price , I love that it comes with everything you need to get started. I bought this to do the uniforms for my job and that my first item after attempting to make many errors. Fix the tension at the bottom if you thread looks like a birds nest at the bottom . Also there was a peice of thread to stuck at the bottom I took that out and it works perfectly now !!!

No instruction booklet. Touch screen was not calibrated right so I couldn't recalibrate because it was registering over an inch from the buttons and I sent it back

6 needles broke on it in less than 3 weeks, customer service was horrible. The only time they got in touch with me was after I put in for a return. Don’t buy it.

Doesn’t come with software. Model is unknown to all other software. Have to keep rethreading. Out lines fine but skips and shades in different area, will lock and put holes in fabric. Can’t find videos on the model… just no smh
