The media could not be loaded. I had a problem when I first tried to use the machine. No matter what I did,it didn't work, it just showed two screens and it said the spindle was locked. I went to customer support and they got back to me quickly and fixed it. Really simple! Just push the Bobbin Winder on the machine to the left before using.Now the machine is running very well.Good machine.I would recommend it to others ,continue to use it and then review it. ... show more
