I got my machine about a month ago and it has been great. Anytime I had a question I had no problem getting help with an answer. I had a messed up design and I thought it was something to do with my machine I reached out and Chris was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out. Chris even re digitized the design and followed up with me to make sure it worked. Chris didn’t have to do that he could have said, “ sorry you got a messed design have them redo it”. He spent his times to do it and even tried it out before sending it back. When I was researching which commercial embroidery machine I should get, the bai brand never made it on the list. But then you look at who was writing the reviews and you see it was a brand ambassador for those larger more well-known machines. I decided to take a chance and get the new bai Vision V22 single-head machine for a fraction of the price of the other ones. I am so happy that I went with bai! This machine is amazing and I have had no issues with it at all. I have embroidered over 20 garments already and have only had the normal thread tension adjustments to worry about. I am not sure what complaints that anyone would have with the new Vision V22. If you are on the fence because of the price, do not worry. The bai machine is solid. Another great surprise has been the customer support that bai offers. My support engineer, Leo, has been nothing but amazing. He checks in with me to make sure things are going well. If I need him, I just send him a message and he gets back to me immediately. So happy that I took the step to get a bai. ... show more

Very easy to learn but make sure you watch the videos that they put out it will save you from making mistakes on set up. I had an issue with the bobbin timing due to one of my mistakes and I worked with Luke Ren from BAI and he had me up an running in less than an hour. Keep in mind they are not in the US so when its day here it is night there so live contact for me was 10 PM. That is not an issue as they know these machines well and will send detailed videos on how to correct your issue. ... show more

Very happy with this purchase. It arrived in less than two weeks. I've had the machine now for about three weeks. I have previous experience with a single-needle embroidery machine but was ready to upgrade. This machine is as impressive as pictured/advertised. It has not disappointed and has ran great since day one. When I placed the order, I was immediately set up with a support person who kept me updated through the shipping process and has been there for me since. She has been very responsive and between her and the specialist team she set up for me, they have answered all questions and guided me through the learning curve (which has been surprisingly easy). The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of research & I decided on getting this Bai Vision 1501 embroidery machine. I had zero experience but I've been steadily working with this machine every day since I got it and I'm getting much better. I already stitched out a lot of product. I mainly do hats but of course, other items as well. It said it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to receive but I received it in about a week and a half so shipping was fast. After I ordered my machine, BAI customer service contacted me and have stayed in contact with me ever since, to make sure everything is going well and to see if they can answer any questions I may have. So far it's been great and I've had no issues with the machine. I'm looking forward to continue to get better with this machine and will update this review at a later date to let you all know how it's going. So far, so good! ... show more
