I love my new machine! Note, there is a very high learning curve, and it will take some time to figure out. The BAI team is always so nice and does whatever they can to help. Definitely recommend! If there’s any changes with my machine, I will make sure to update my review.

This machine arrived timely and with instructions (I did not use these) instead, I used the very thorough videos from YouTube to help me get things put together. Once I was up and running, I joined the Facebook group where I have had the absolute best customer service you could ask for! To give you a great idea of how user friendly this machine is to learn, during my first 2 weeks of having this machine, I was faced with threading the machine from start to finish, I broke a needle and had to replace it, had to change my bobbin and all other things in between and I was never alone in facing any of those obstacles. Will and Chris have been phenomenal! Don’t second guess this purchase, this is what you have been looking for and this is the review you needed to read to make your decision! ... show more

There was good customer support when things went wrong. I have someone who kept me updated through the whole shipping process and afterwards. They have great deals on supplies. The down side is it comes from China so you have to wait, but it's worth it!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this machine in early July 2022. Arrived in less than a week. Delivered in excellent condition and was very well packaged. Putting the base together is pretty straight forward. I was able to assemble it on my own. The machine is heavy but I was able to move it and put it in place with my husband. Have been very thoroughly training myself with videos via YouTube as well the manual that comes with it. I am taking my time to understand all the facets of it because it is a large investment. The support staff has been fantastic. Although I haven’t personally needed one-on-one help thus far, I have been watching social media posts of others with questions and the turn around time from BAI seems great. You will need to purchase software for it. Would highly recommend this machine to anyone that may be uncertain of it versus other (more expensive) machines. The machine is incredible for the price!! I would suggest also getting the Towa digital tension gauge, and the magnetic bobbins. But, this machine has produced 150 hats for me this month. The facebook group is amazing and very responsive as well. Excited to purchase my second one soon.

I love my Bai Embroidery Machine. I am still learning but the support staff is really great at helping with any problems that you run into and are available anytime you need help. There are some good, detailed videos that assist with learning how to do different projects on the machine and how to troubleshoot any problems that you might encounter. I hope to retire in the next few years and embroidery full time, so this was a good investment for me. I highly recommend a Bai Embroidery Machine to anyone who is looking to buy an embroidery machine. ... show more
