I really like this backpack but have noticed it has some lose threads hanging in a couple spots. I like that I can lock it up though. Only other issue I have is that the top front of the bag is folding inward so it looks kinda tacky but other than that the bag is great! I love it. Very comfortable. It has pads on the back of it for your back and on the shoulder straps. It looks cool and good quality and has several different compartments and zippers of sizes. It was awesome. I felt like a kid packing their backpack, putting all my stuff in it and organizing it and putting stuff in certain little areas and zippers I think it’s perfect for me and bought it for when I use my motorcycle, I put my purse in the inside of it if I don’t feel like unloading my purse, but lately the backpacks been my purse. I have been carrying it everywhere I go

I was surprised how well made this backpack was! It is padded all the way around, and not just the laptop sleeve. It is really comfortable to wear. I do not have a bunch of stuff in it so I don't know how it feels to carry it fully loaded. I have not used the phone one charger (no need for me to) so I cannot attest to how that works or if it even works. If you just need a good solid backpack with a lot of pockets that is comfortable, this is a really good deal. I would purchase again if necessary.

So far so good. Bought for my child to use for high school as her other backpack disintegrated. This one seems very sturdy/durable. The top handle is stiff and makes a quick grab easier without worrying if you will rip it off with the all the heavy contents. The bag itself is stiff too and keeps the profile slim regardless of the amount within.
