This crossbody looks exactly as pictured in the listing, and the strap is easy to adjust to your preferred length. I was able to fit: slim wallet in the back pocket; mini travel umbrella, portable charger, and portable fan in the main compartment; iPhone in the tall front pocket; mini Purell bottle and lip balm in the small front pocket. I got this light grey puffy crossbody bag for daily use - I have a large purse but I end up walking around with a ton of crap I don't need to be carrying around if I have a large bag so I was trying to downsize to force myself not to collect so much stuff in my purse! Anyway, it definitely exceeded my expectations. It has three separate compartments, so on top of fitting my large phone and credit cards (there are slots for your cards inside the bag), you can also through your readers, lip balm, gum, and your keys—without the bag feeling bulky or stuffed/overfull. The material is slightly water resistant, which is a great bonus for unexpected weather, and it’s very easy to clean—a quick wipe with a little soap makes it look new again. The light grey color is modern and neutral, which is great for day-to-day use, and it kinda of goes with whatever you want. The padded design adds a touch of style while still being practical.
