when i got the bag, it was a little bigger than expected but other than that its great!! a lot of space for anything you might need. the straps have cushions for comfort. i took a picture in comparison to my hand so those who are curious could see.

I use this bag for everything. Initially bought it for weight training walking classes. It did what it needed to do. Has space for whatever you need. I would keep a binder, small towels, extra shorts, a book, snacks, headphones, deodorant, and two water bottles in it with no problem. Got lots of compliments. Everyone needs a good tote bag and this is the one.
