I'm not sure why people had such a hard time with this bag. The clips were easy to figure out. They are not a quick on and off though so if you need to constantly take the bag off it's probably not for you but if you are using it for a long walk it is great. Love the longer belt options. Not enough plus size fanny packs on the market. Glas this one was available.

Bought for trip to Universal studios. Was small enough for most rides and didn’t have to use lockers. It was a little difficult to attach and detach. The hook is very tight. Other than that, it was a great size. Held all the things we needed for the day.

I ordered this for my Universal trip and it was great, but within a few days one of the strap supports ripped. Luckily there are 2 strap supports on each side so I was able to continue using it. But I am disappointed in the quality. The style is cute and I loved all the pockets inside.

I bought this bag for a trip to New Zealand and loved it for the first day. It fit what I needed and was comfortable to carry around. However, the strap broke on the second day and I had nothing for the rest of the trip. By the time we got back from our trip, the return window had closed. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

I have several bagsmart bags and this is my favorite for daily use. I use it with the shoulder straps instead of the fanny pack option - oh yes - you can use it either way. It is very lightweight - the material is beautiful and keeps it's apperance well. This holds so much! I have a small wallet - samsung phone - lipsticks, lotions, hand sanitizer, kleenex, 2 small pill boxes, keys and sunglasses. This is a great product that I continue to use everday. I did purchase in black and tan - but the tan tends to get a little dirty around me - so I stick with the black.

The materiel is ok a bit cheap. But the worst thing is the strap! Horrible. To much of a process to attach and there is no clip. Plus I got pinched several times trying to figure out the strap and fit. I returned. PRO: It is roomy though. Liked all the pockets and functionality.
