If you pay very close attention, this is currently the ONLY Bagsmart carryon that actually meets the TSA guidelines. The others advertise.they do, but when they arrive they are actually 14.9 inches wide. So be very careful and read every description and look at everything closely. This bag is actually a few partial inches shorter in every direction. It makes you more confident at the gate. Despite being a bit smaller, it still retains the same cubic inches of carrying capacity inside. I purchased it for my sons first flight. He has really enjoyed it this year. He wanted the black. The material is relatively thin but feels very strong. I would say it has an air of professional, sleek, tidiness about it. I had ordered another Bagsmart bag before this one, and one big difference stood out. The zippers were very different. The zippers on this bag are sunk.into the case, leaving a smooth finish on top when you run your hand across it. On the other bag which did not meet TSA guidelines, the closing zippers were puffy. They puffed out from the bag when zipped closed. When you run your hand across, it felt bumpy, uneven, and soft in places. Besides simply looking poorly designed, it was an invitation to to rip. I was fairly shocked at the difference. His first flight was to Atlanta. He was very thankful for how easily the case rolled and handled when exiting this airport. On his next few flights he was confident enough to even check the bag at the plane entrance for free. It was sturdy enough that there were no marks left on it all. He is very happy with his new luggage. I am extremely pleased with the fact that he hasn't run into any hassles with airline staff with it. It is a great value for the money considering just this one thing.

This smart bag suitcase is just the right size for me personally.It has an amazing lock, lots of space, 360 wheels, and very pretty!!It may not seem like it but, it’s is totally worth the $74 we paid yes it’s on sale!! Also, it’s super scratch resistant, The the zipper is nice it’s part of the lock ! And it’s also super portable ! The color is sooo pretty!!!!! I LOVE it!!!!! Great product, it's lined on the interior to protect your belongings and has a strap on one side to secure clothing. Enough pockets to hold my larger toiletries (hairbrush, toothbrush, etc...) The locking mechanism is great, seems very durable. I gave this 4 out of 5 stars only because the case is listed as scratch resistant and I already have some white marks on it after a single trip, I thought it would be a little more durable against this. Outside shell is overall very good and protects your belongings. Pop-up handle works well and it's easy to use. I would definitely buy another product from this company, these seem very well made.

sometimes airlines beg people to check in bags because there are too many carry ons. I wouldn't check this bag since it has a basic plastic shell. I'm worried it would crack in the baggage handling if it gets tossed around. the bag stayed with me during my travels and it was fine. very good wheels, easy to pull behind you or push in front of you sideways. and it's actually within the limits of carry on size, unlike many other bags that are advertised as such. if you just need an affordable carry on bag this will do the trick.

This is a perfect carry-on size. I bought this for use on United. It has hold-down elastic straps inside, is well-lined and has zipper pouches. One side of the luggage also has slider feet for tipping on its side and placing in the overhead compartment. The extender handle does eat up some of the capacity inside. But, it is a nice tall extended handle and works great for me (6 ft tall). Build in TSA lock holds in the zipper pulls.
