  • Pretty good bag for a small setup
Color: Ivory White
Pictured with Sony A7IV, Tamron 17-27 f/2.8 (installed), Samyang 35-150 f/2-2.8, Tamron 150-500 f/5-6.7, Peak Slide strap, and a cheap tripod. This bag is the perfect size for a limited outing. I put some large lenses in it as a test and they fit pretty well but I'm definitely at the size limits here. This isn't a criticism - I absolutely wanted a smaller bag than the giant I've been using to tote things around. The small opening on the side isn't big enough to sneak my camera out of so I wish it was an extra pocket instead, but it would probably work fine with a smaller camera. The only reason I took a star off is because the photos are a bit misleading. This is entirely soft casing, there is no hard shell on any portion of the bag to help with drop protection. If they would have put a rigid or semi-rigid frame at least along the base I would have given it five stars. ... show more

  • DIY dividers leave much to be desired.
Color: Grey
While this camera bag is made out of decent material (it appears fairly sturdy) the interior leaves a lot to be desired. Pros: • It holds stuff. • Outer case material is sturdy. • Zippers work smoothly and have a quality feel to them. Cons: • Velcro connections for dividers are weak and come apart easily. • Dividers are very flimsy and don’t offer support. • Dividers don’t give as much flexibility as one would think to the internal layout. • Sub-standard padding around exterior means sub-standard protection for your very expensive camera. • The straps are more of an annoyance than a benefit. While the idea of this pack is great, it just falls through on design. Whether it’s the flimsy DIY dividers that don’t quite give enough support, or the poor exterior padding, or the weak Velcro fasteners that come undone if you look at them sternly, this “sling pack” just doesn’t cut it. Even still, I want to like it. The size is great, and if I pick it up by the top handle, it feels good. But I have to constantly remember to be *careful* not to bump it into something, or set it down too roughly - it offers little protection to your equipment. I really want to like it, but it just doesn’t work for a DSLR. Maybe it would be better as a drone pack, or something. ... show more

  • Great Bag for Simplifying Your Camera Gear
Color: Grey
I have a habit of overpacking on my photoshoots. It doesn't matter if it's a car show, street photography, hiking or rural exploring road trips, I just take too much stuff. 99% of the gear I never use. I picked a smaller bag similar to this one but couldn't the camera and 3 lenses I use on my trips in there. Plus it I didn't have an easy way to attach a travel tripod to it and for a lot of the stuff I shoot, that's a must. So when this one came available for review, I knew this one would work. This one is just big enough to fit my Sony Mirrorless camera, small telephoto lens, g master lens, and landscape prime lens. I still have room to carry extra batteries, lens pens, cleaning cloth, and attach my travel tripod to the bag. I even have room to put a small water bottle in the other side pocket. You can use it as a sling bag or a backpack. This bag isn't designed for a day hike but it will work wandering around downtown, car shows, or maybe a short hike to a special spot to photograph. I still haven't found the perfect bag but this one will do for now. I haven't had the chance to use it on a trip but I plan to take one soon and will load up my travel gear into it and see how well it does on an adventure. ... show more

  • Too small
Color: Ivory White
The product is decent, the material is good, and the bag is easy to use. When traveling, there isn't much additional space for items unrelated to photography. The compartments inside the bag are also weak and frequently fall loose.

  • Nearly perfect but.. the straps are too short as a sling
Color: Grey
I usually carry a camera sling bag so I wanted to see how this bag performs as a sling that can be carried as a backpack during long walks. The design of the bag itself, mounting features, internal organization is all good. Unfortunately it has a major shortcoming, which is that the strap is too short as a sling. When setting the strap length to its maximum, the bag barely had any gap from my body. The bag sits too close to the body so it’s hard to grab the camera gear. Most camera slings are able to adjust to much longer length, allowing the bag to be lowered to waist height when taking out gear. ... show more
