Bought this pill organizer to keep all my meds on track. I'm currently in a Lupus flare so there's a lot of pills for day and night. I tried an individual day one and lost them so this one where everything stays in one place works out so much better for me. The zipper never gets stuck and the elastic is functional to keep the pill case in place while not being super tight. The lids to the organizer are very easy to open and work with...which is also my only complaint. When opening the zippered portion of the case, it constantly opens a couple lids, usually different ones each time. So if I'm not constantly looking at all of them to make sure they are closed, the pills to the wrong days/time will fall out. But they fit all the pills I'm taking so I'm definitely going to keep using it.

I love this case! My daughter has a large quantity of medications day and night. It has always been tricky to travel with her organizer and keep it from opening up in the suitcase or backpack. This solves that problem! The included organizer fits snugly in the case. No way it’s coming open, no matter how much it gets jostled around. I was a little bit disappointed that the case doesn’t fit the standard AM/PM organizer you can get in drugstores/big box stores. I had anticipated just slipping our regular organizer into the case, instead of using the new one. That doesn’t work. The included organizer wells are slightly smaller than the standard ones, but I was still able to fit all of her medications in.

I picked this up for a three-week European vacation, primarily to manage my daily vitamins. It turned out to be a great choice. The daily compartments were ideal for segmenting out each day, ensuring I never missed a day. I also liked the pouch to put it some Advil and various others that I didn't need on a daily basis. However, if you're packing a variety of vitamins or larger capsules, space might get a tad tight. All in all, it made managing my vitamins on vacation a breeze. Highly recommended for travelers!

Love the case for every day use and travel. Keeps pill organizer neatly tucked away. The pill organizer that’s included however, is not sturdy. Two of the covers broke off already, and others look like they’re going to come off. And I’m not particularly rough on it. Before I purchased it, I checked that similar sized organizers were available to replace it, which I’ll have to do now.
