I like that the bag is large enough to fit the 130mm refracting telescope, tripod, equatorial mount and accessories. I used some old hardboard panels to stiffen the bottom and the ends. I added packing material (bags of air) to keep things from banging together. I would have liked to see a zippered pocket for the counterweight. It's a 10# or so block sliding around in the bag and it can affect the balance of the bag. I dinged sturdiness and durability because the strap hardware is plastic so may not last. Overall I'm happy.

I needed a padded case to fit three pop up banners I take to trade shows. They and the brochures I put on top of them are pretty heavy, so it would be nice to have the same case with a set of wheels on one end. I do like the sturdiness and padding of this case. I marked down for durability, not because it isn't, but because it is too early to tell. I did take it as checked bagged to and from an event. All good so far.

This is a great carrying case and much nicer in person than the pictures. It is a nice sturdy case that you don’t have to worry about breaking. It’s roomy and capable of carrying all the accessories. I highly recommend it.

I'm not sure why others indicate it wasn't big enough for a Celestron 8se. These are pictures of the foam packing the scope arrived in, inside this bag. I'd have shown a picture with the telescope inside it but I don't want to take it apart right now. There's two straps going over the top which I'm planning on strapping the tripod to. The only thing missing are pockets for the lenses and filters. I cant vouch for the durability as I just got it, but it looks like it's well made. Can't wait to go somewhere with it!!!
