This is a great personal item bag. It is durable. It is attractive. It is roomy with many pockets and compartments for organizing, travel necessities. However, I had to return this bag as the airline we will be flying on has very severe restrictions on the size of personal item bags. This bag is quite large. This bag got me thru the airport, three days in Rome, 7 days on a cruise, three days in Barcelona. Stuffed to the max; waterproof for two full days in the rain; looked stylish; i carried it all day long - comfortable on my shoulder; the back unzips to fit over my suitcase handle and all the pockets inside plus a light grey interior made it easy to find everything quickly. I adore this bag for travelling. It fits even the most stringent “personal item” measurements so it’s my go-to for nearly every trip. My daughter and I both have one. Tons of space & internal organizing pockets, a spot for your phone and comfortable shoulder strap length. Really a great bag. I would suggest 3 improvements to the makers: 1) make it anti-theft with locking zippers, rfid blocking or steel mesh in the body 2) a zippered pocket for a water bottle 3) a more comfortable/padded crossbody strap. I was a little concerned about whether my 15" Samsung Galaxy Book Pro would fit in the laptop sleeve (since some reviewers say they can't fit theirs), but it slides in just fine. Mind you, my laptop is quite slim; I could see that thicker laptops might not fit so easily. I generally like everything about the bag (great size and color!), but a couple of things could use improvement: * The organizational pockets inside could be a bit deeper -- at least deep enough to hold a pair of glasses securely. * An internal water bottle pocket would be wonderful.
