I have always enjoyed Baggallini bags in various sizes and designs, and this one is no exception, plus more roomy than the slimmer model crossbody that I have. Since some museums will not let you carry a small backpack on your front or at your side, I decided to get a secure travel crossbody that was not uncomfortably large but holds everything I need. The side pockets are good for sunglasses, microfiber cloth, 2oz spray hand sanitizer, but cannot hold a water bottle. I'm able to clip my Vapur 1L to the outside, though, and can stash it inside if it is not full. A small zip pocket on the front is perfect for a transit card and change, and it has a little cloth strap through which you can pull the zipper for extra security. The medium zip front pocket has a lot of room to spare after a little notebook, pen and large lip balm. It seems to be the handiest option for stashing new things quickly, so I'm reserving it mainly for those rushed moments. The main compartment fits a ~300 page hardback book and a tablet comfortably, with room for other items such as electric plugs and cords. It has the clip closure on the zipper, and has RFID protection pockets (1 passport + 4 cards), a large zipped inner pocket, plus a pocket for stashing a smartphone right near the grommet. I thread a USB cord from my phone inside to my solar charger on the outside (carabiner clipped). Opening the zipper on the bottom of the bag's magnet button pocket enables you to slide the bag over a suitcase's expanded telescopic handle. You could loop a scarf through it, too. Zipped up it's perfect for a packet of wipes, or snacks.

I have had my purse for a year and 5 days. I use it almost every day. I loved the storage capacity. I loved the security features. I was happy with my purchase. But on the 1 year 5 day anniversary of owning this purse, the clasp that holds the strap on the purse broke. The warranty is 1 year. They would not budge on that warranty and so now I am stuck with an $80 purse that lasted a single year. So now I am very unhappy with my purchase.

Although I liked the size and design (pattern) — I bought it to replace a smaller Baggalini cross-body without the RFID-blocker and without the double cables in the strap — I had to return it. The zippers on the outside pockets don’t have any anti-theft/ security features except for the smallest of the pockets on the front. If you look closely at the pictures in the product listing — which, for some colors, don’t show this adequately, and which I certainly didn’t realize — only the smallest outside front pocket has a loop at the end. The zipper pull goes through that loop when you zip it closed, which prevents someone from just reaching for the zipper and opening the pocket quickly. This pocket is too small for my iPhone 6s, and the lack of such a loop on the other outside pockets makes me uncomfortable putting my phone in another outside pocket (for quick access). Like some other reviewers, I’m dismayed by the size of the gaps at the ends (more at one end than the other) of the (lockable) zipper at the top — the zipper that opens up to the interior of the bag — because smaller items, such as pens, stylus for phone/ tablet, etc., can fall out. I didn’t mind so much about the lack of any anti-theft feature for the pocket on the back, since I’d planned to use it only as a sleeve to put a luggage handle through, but it could be a problem for those wanting to use this as an actual pocket.

I like 90% of features. Two important features I don't like. 1. The front zip phone pocket is too small for a samsung s20 and the pocket inside the smaller zip pocket is too small. So my phone would be loose inside that pocket or in the larger zip pocket and not as handy to retrieve quickly. I thought there was another outside pocket next to the small zippered one. Not. 2. The back pocket that snaps would have been great if the bottom zipper had a lock to keep it secure when not needed. I could fix this if that were the only problem. So I may not keep the purse. I will look again. I really like the size and strap of this purse.

My favorite feature is the water bottle pouches on the ends. The purse itself is great too. The one thing I wish was different was that all outside zippers had the security loop, especially the pocket in the back with the zipper on the bottom. That pocket is designed to unzip so that the purse can be slipped over a suitcase handle which is nice. But I’d like to also have the option of using this pocket as a pocket without having to worry about the zipper working itself open which it can do without the security loop.

I like everything about this bag. I walked about a mile to a store wearing it and it felt very lightweight and comfortable. The front outside zip pocket can fit a nice sized tablet. The bag expands very well for the times you need to put more in it. The only thing they could have done better for me is to have a lockable hook on the detachable strap.

The various pockets work well for me. Allows me to organize what is in my purse and reach whatever I need without having to dump things out. My cell phone is in the center pocket and is very easy to find and grab. The overall size is perfect too. Not too big and not too small. I've had other Baggalini products before so I knew the quality would be there, and it is. I would buy it again and highly recommend it.
