Long before I decided to get this weighted vest, I'd been seeing people in my neighborhood using them. They seem to be the latest exercise "thing". A friend recommended this particular vest. It is comfortable and fits great. It's adjustable to a degree but be sure to look at the chart to match the correct size and weight to your frame. The chart said ten pounds was right for me, which seemed like nothing but I could tell the difference the minute I got out for my morning walk. It took a bit of effort to walk briskly with the extra weight, but not too much. I've worked up from one mile wearing the vest to four so far. The vest itself is very comfortable and well made. It fits close to the body and balances weight on chest, back and shoulders. Unlike the many backpacks I've used for hiking over the years, it doesn't rub in the wrong places or jostle around. I really like that it comes in different colors, some of which are bright so as to make you more visible to drivers if you're walking or running in busy neighborhoods. Highly recommend if you want to add a bit (or a lot) of weight bearing to your activities.

This vest fits very comfortably for my frame. I’m 5’4” with medium to fit build. The 10lbs feel heavy to lift but once on it doesn’t feel too heavy and is very stable with excellent padding comfort and with an extra pocket in the back, this vest feels like a perfect starting weight. I would definitely recommend this vest.

New to wearing weighted vests but my coworkers convinced me and I’m glad they did. I started with a 12 lb and that was plenty to start with at first but it’s week 3 and I hardly notice I’m wearing it anymore and willll be buying the 20lb next. The media could not be loaded. This is based off my first use. I tested it over a hoodie, because layers need to be addressed. There isn't a size option but there is enough space on the connection belt to provid a little wiggle room. It's easy to use, no odd smell upon opening, and the weight is evenly portioned out.10lbs was not heavy for me but after an hour walk I could feel the difference in my effort to push forward as well as when it was time to remove, the lightness afterwards was evident. For the cost and quality i do belive this is a fair purchase and will make a difference for those on a health journey. I cannot vouch for the durability at this time.

I have had several weighted vests and have had to send them back because they were so uncomfortable and hurt my back. This vest, however, is very comfortable because of the design and balance of the weights. I have been a runner for over 50 years and wanted to add a weighted vest for warmth, calorie burn and feeling of protection to my small body. This vest is so perfect and added just enough (5 lbs) to feel good and gave me more strength and confidence. I just love it and if you are a person who loves to exercise as I do, adding something to that workout each day just adds a challenge and fun. I am 78 years old and run 7 days a week. I also do long distance running, lift weights and add rowing, this vest is just the perfect addition to my daily fitness.
