This BagBoy Quad XL (in blue) replaced an old Sun Mountain whose plastic tab broke. It was an easy enough fix for the old Sun Mountain, replacement part would've only cost $12 BUT it would've cost $80-something to have it shipped to Hawaii ... no thank you to that! Instead decided to splurge on myself and get a new cart. I love love love the easy fold/unfold - fewer steps than my old cart. And it's so compact when folded, easily fits in the boot!! Out on the Course, it rolls great, is stable (read: doesn't get pushed over in the wind like some 3-wheeled carts do) and it has enough storage in the bag/card cubby for lots of little things for quick/easy use instead of rummaging through the bag for divot tools, markers, etc... It's also not heavy making it very easy to push/pull. The only thing I dislike about the cart is the umbrella holder which is in 2 pieces (1 screw and the umbrella holder itself) vs. the old Sun Mountain with the screw built in - I've decided to just leave the umbrella hold screwed and the cart still folds up nice without any issue. Perfect for walking 2-3 rounds a week. Hand brake function & location is perfect. 4 snaps to assemble - once the 4 wheels are on, you are hood to go. With a bit of wiggling, fits in the trunk of my VW Beetle Convertible. This is only one of two push carts I found that will stow in that tiny space. Bag Boy has a good reputation. This is a great hand cart. The 4 wheels are a game changer and the hand brake is equally as good. The back nine of my home course has a lot of up hill down hill terrain. The cart stayed up right, and had no problem rolling through the rough. On a fairway or cart path it rolls very smooth and easy. I would recommend this all day and twice on Sunday! ... show more

I am a disc golfer, and love the cart! Set up is far quicker than a Rovic. Also the storage and phone holder are a major upgrade. I’ve had a couple Zuca, and I this is superior. The built in seat on a Zuca is super uncomfortable, with this thing I just hang my stool. Only thing is tighten all your parts. I just spent forever trying to find a customer service number. The second picture is a missing screw, and the bottom part of the umbrella holder fell off somewhere. I was hoping for replacement parts, I’ll pay for them! Someone connect me with the right people. Feedback for the manufacturer — a little bit extra weight on the front would be sweet. My cart has tipped backwards a couple times, also maybe an extension or upgraded umbrella holder. I’m 5’8 and my umbrella is in my view all the time. It needs to be up another 4-6 inches for it to be comfortable. Overall, superior product and I won’t buy anything else! ... show more

The bag I own is a Callaway ORG 14 cart bag. The front wheels rub on the outside pockets of the bag if there is anything in the pockets. I love the cart but I wished it would fit my bag. I like the four wheels better than the three wheels. I might have to figure out a way to put something on the cart to keep the wheels from wrecking my bag. ... show more

After an in-depth review of the top 3 and 4 wheel trolleys, I went with the Quad XL and LOVE IT. For me, it came down I liked everything about this cart. But for me, the Top Lock sold me. I use a stand bag (Sun Mountain 2.5+) and it fits the best and most secure in this trolley. (It also fits great in the BB Nitron). I liked the simplicity and ease of opening/closing and I really like that on the Quad XL my bag sits up much straighter. I also looked seriously at the Clicker, SunMountain and for me, due to the weight, Top Lock, design, console and ability to easily add the sand/seed bottle, this was my top choice. (#2 was the Nitron and 3 was Sun Mountain, which I also really liked, but again like that the bag sits up straighter on the BB Quad XL. Thanks for a great product. ... show more

I decided to revisit my old pastime of golfing (which I took up back in the 90s when every kid back then wanted to be like a popular golfer back in the day) and I have been off the course for a while. The first time I was on the course in about 20 years I carried the clubs which made my first game brutal but then I purchased the Bag Boy XL push cart and it made a huge difference in my enjoyment of the game. It makes it so I can focus on my game and less on the physical aspect of it. The item arrived undamaged and I unboxed it. The assembly consisted of attaching the four wheels which just snapped on without the use of tools. However when folded if you are bringing the clubs with the cart, your golf bag and the folded cart will take up the entire trunk of a compact sedan which is the only setback. However it makes the game more enjoyable as I prefer to walk the course but I don’t enjoy carrying clubs. ... show more
