Badlands' C6 Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatment doesn't allow moisture to seep into fabrics. Water beads and rolls off, keeping your gear dry, longer.
  • Reservoir Included - The Scout comes with a 3-liter hydration reservoir that is extra durable, leak-proof, and fully reversible for easy cleaning. The wide mouth slide-top opening makes filling up faster and easier.

I am 6 foot 3 inches weighing 380 pounds and this fit perfectly fine. It took me a while to understand how to open the reservoir, but that was more of a user error than anything else lol. The pack is very compact which is a desirable feature to me for this application. I was able to pack in all the things I need for these excursions although I may not be able to carry much, if anything, in the hydration bladder with all the gear inside. This is a great little pack, as all the Badlands are. It is small, I got it for run and gun (bow) antelope hunting, just for the essentials while away from the rig. Quiver will fit into front.

This pack is lightweight and made with good materials. The hydropak is not quite as good as a camelbak water system but it was better than it originally looked. The main problem is the pack is to small. I'm 509 about 210 pounds and my chest is a little bigger than average. The pack did not fit at all. Way too small. My kid is 12 years old and about 90 lbs. It fit him perfectly. After 4 days off use my armpits and chest hurt because its too tight. It looks big in the picture but it truly is not for adults. ... show more
