This is my first e-skateboard and so far it is VERY impressive. From the unboxing to the first ride, it's clear the company took pride in building and shipping this board. It does look amazing, and I'll say it rides even better than it looks!! Easy handling and the controls are precise. Was able to get used to it after ~30 minutes. Love the brakes, they really work well and it took me some time to get used to that! Great size wheels and the trucks seem robust with easy adjustments. Haven't drained the battery yet to test the range but from what I see now it'll be well over 10 miles, including quite a bit uphill riding. I appreciate that the board is not as flexible as some of the others I've seen and yet the ride is still smooth. The remote is high quality also - with a nice and helpful screen, even for a quick glance while riding. Overall this gets a highly recommend from me for beginners and experienced riders alike. Backfire G3 era version is very fast and powerful at the same time it breaks beautifully. Same issue as the backfired G2 going uphills and loses considerable amount of power although as an entry-level board under $500 for beginners It is unbelievable. And backfire boards are known to go thousands of miles. A friend has gone 3,000 to be exact ,and still going. ... show more

I absolutely love my board! Bought it for my first electric board and it’s perfect! Plenty fast enough and has great range and battery life!

I wanted my first electric skateboard to be portable and this is anything but. Less than a month after purchase, the remote would not connect to board. Tried everything. This board is trash. Would not recommend.

    • charging port came out
The charging port nut was loose and the port was pulled out after the first charge. To fix that I'll have to peel off the grip tape to get sccess to the screws and open the cover to tighten the screw. I ended up super glue the chatgring port back. Other than that it looks great and rides well.

    • It exactly like a longboard, which I really like. Superior workmanship and quality
The media could not be loaded. It only took me thirty minutes to get the hang of the controls, and when I stepped on it to carve left and right on the road, I knew it was what I wanted. The remote is very responsive, with a slight push, the board immediately moves forward, and all I need to do is stand on it to keep my balance. I really like the unibody design, which makes the board look exactly like a longboard. The backpack they give away is great value, I can travel with the board very easily, this will be my next travel plan. Overall, the power of the board exceeded my expectations, the acceleration was very fast, and it was crazy in T mode. . . I would recommend this board, great value for money. ... show more
