At first I didn't feel a difference I don't think I had it lined up right. I suffer from chronic and sometimes severe mid (between the shoulder blades) and low back pain. I'm constantly stretching to get my back to pop just for some temporary relief, and most of the times it doesn't work. I finally decided to try this and almost instantly when done correctly I got relief. I can bend and twist with no pain. I'm not sure how long it will last, but I plan to continue using it daily. This can be life-changing for me, don't feel like I need to take any Advil or Tylenol at the moment which is huge. I take more BC powders and pain relievers than I care to admit to. To anyone skeptical just give it a try. The key is to lean back on it slowly to get a good extension and just breathe if it feels too intense in the beginning. I play no games and went straight to level 4. Extremely pleased!!

I have some buldging disc in my lower bac and they pinch my nerves at least once a year.About 7 months ago my back went out and after I healed up I still would feel a little tingle in my left lower back and I was always worried about my back being on the verge of going out.Over Thanksgiving my back went out again and the whole week I was having issues walking.I ordered this thinking I would just try it.i layed on it for about 5 minutes and when I got up I felt noticeably better.after about a hour I started to feel the pain slowly coming back.I did it another 5 minutes before I went to bed.Again felt much better.When I got out of bed the next morning I felt like I had a new back I could not believe it.I have used this for 1 week now,five minutes when I get out of bed,and the same when I go to bed.My back has not felt this good in years.Im not saying it will fix every back issue,it solved mine and its the best $20 bucks I spent in a long time.It is uncomfortable,but its stretching your back,its doing its job.I definitely would say its worth trying if you have back issues,depending on how major they are,obviously if you have had surgery you may want to check with your doctor.

I was looking for something to use to help my back, to stretch it a bit. But this thing is torture. I used it twice and had to go to a chiropractor after each time to get an adjustment as this thing put me in pain.

Our son saw sooo many viral videos about this back stretcher (he is 12). He insisted it had to be as amazing as it looked in the videos. We both agreed to split the cost and review it for ourselves. It took a while to get in the mail (2 day shipping no longer exists for us in Montana LOL), 5+days As I expected there was NO crack or stretching like the viral videos. My son (I wish I got his reaction on video) was totally let down. He agreed it was a waist of money. He said there was no more of a stretch he felt in his back than there is just placing a rolled pillow under your back. We bought this just as a fun experiment (and hopefully of a lesson in not believing everything you see or hear) and both my son and I say save your money ;)

Bought this for my back as I have a bad back from an accident. I love how well this works but oh my does it hurt until you get used to it. Works great for stretching the back, but my pro tip is to make sure you relax as you use it and don't tighten up as much as you may want to from pain. Trust the process!!!

Desde q lo utilizo dejo de dolerme el ciático . Siempre hago ejercicio y camino mucho porque soy doctora y además me gusta el ejercicio pero hubo un tiempo q no podía Caminar de tanto dolor q tenía en mi pierna del ciático q se seguía con mi espalda q me dolía pero con este en el momento q paso 5 o 10 minutos desaparece el dolor de todo mi cuerpo el ciático y la espalda . Mi esposo sufría por años tbn dolor d espalda es profesor de mato áticas y le gusta mucho pero se estresa porque quiere q todo sea perfecto y lo logra pero su espalda y el estrés generado no aguantaba el dolor y ahora ni siquiera se queja del dolor ni del dolor de sus piernas porque el tuvo una operación en su rodilla y eso tbn le generaba dolor del ciático . Y le dije q lo compráramos y dejo de ir con quiropráctico porque con este le desapareció el dolor de todo ahora hace las cosas más feliz y hasta corre a veces cosa q nunca había podido hacerlo .
