Pros: Comfortable and breathable Provides lots of support Feels high-quality Cons: Difficult to get on Could use additional piece of velcro on side This device can be a little tricky to put on, but once you put it on you can definitely feel an immediate difference! It allows for a lot of motion, so tasks such as moving furniture or jogging should be just fine. While a size M/L technically fits someone with a 30” waist myself the front piece flops around a little as there is no additional velcro for it to grab on to, so if you have a smaller waist like myself you may want to look elsewhere for a belt manufactured for your size.     • Comfortable back support
I'm not a physical person but we've been doing more work to maintain our home. This back brace is wide and reasonably comfortable. I feel like it does give me more support and I'm more conscious of my back. It helps me reduce the back aches at the end of a long day.

    • Flexible Support Bars – Good Compression – More of a Binder Wrap, Not Quite a Brace

I really had high hopes for this back brace to help me with lifting and hauling firewood along with other chores. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t really provide the strong back support that other braces do. It’s more of just a compression wrap. The item is advertised as containing 4 firm support bars. These aren’t rigid support bars, but rather very flexible and not very sturdy inserts. I don’t find that they provide much actual solid support at all. The suspenders are okay, and they’re adjustable to some extent. Although, I’m not completely sure what purpose the suspender straps serve, because when the belt is fastened properly, the suspenders seem to be rendered rather useless. It’s a comfortable enough fabric, but I did notice I sweat very easily and quickly wearing it. The sizing seems right to me. I didn’t have any trouble getting the belt to fit. The large inner panels wrap around and over lap each other a little while being secured with velcro. The outside smaller panels can be tightened for further adjustment, and they make things feel more secure and solid. In all honesty, from the back braces and other devices I have used, this is actually more like a softer abdominal binder than a true back brace. The full support just isn’t quite there for me. I may get some use out of it for a compression wrap to help with posture, but I’m not sure how well it will do with heavy lifting. ... show more

    • Good reminder
For me what this belt does best is remind me to keep the best posture for lifting. In that way it is very supportive. I think it is a bit to flexible, tho, to be a true, physical support, no matter how tight I make it. This is my first back brace, tho, so maybe it is as good as any.

I love using it’s just doing my dishes because my posture is not good in this helps. Keep my back street so I don’t have any more back issues going into the night. I don’t wake up with anymore back issues. It’s amazing and I’m thankful for this product.

This item arrived in a plastic zip bag in a brown shipping box without instruction included, however using it is fairly intuitive. There is plenty of adjustability in the should straps and it has a nice Velcro closure around the waist. There are 4 flat rods sewn in to the back of this back brace to provide a bit of extra support. It does appear to be well made although someone with a 45-inch waist (the upper limit of this size) may want to get the next larger size. The one label on this back brace has a hand washable symbol on it. The bag it came in indicates this item is made in China. For me this will good for home use. ... show more
