This back brace worked! My upper back was killing me, and my posture sucks. Within 2 days my pain was gone. I'm 5'9 and very thin. I ordered size medium and it fit well. Putting the brace on and adjusting it was easy. I wore it all day while doing outdoor ranch chores and found it to be reasonably comfortable. One complaint I noticed in other reviews was the straps that run under arm pits chafing. This was very minor for me, and is easily remedied by rolling the strap and tucking it under the arm pit area.
