The bottom of the shoes fall apart very easily as soon as you trip or bump into something the bottom sole detaches. I’ve exchanged them once already bc I do love them but it happened again I tripped on something and the bottom of the sole came undone.

The boots look exactly like the photos and are so cute! However, they feel so cheap and like you are walking on blocks of styrofoam. No cushion, no formation to your foot, etc. they feel more like a $20-30 pair of knock-off UGGS, not like a $60 pair of boots. If you don’t care about comfort, they are so cute. I didn’t even wear them, I tried them on and immediately put them back in the box to return.
