It looks like an amateur sewed the moon cushion. The uneven seam and lumpy stuffing make it look a bit more like a sad croissant than a crescent moon. The music box inside is fine and plays Brahms’ lullaby as advertised, the pull string and hanging cord both seem sturdy.
