Did what I needed, I'm not a solder expert but it did the job for my wiring and I am happy. Got more wire than I expected, I recommend for beginners. As always I recommend you coat your wirings in Rosin Flux as it makes wire soldering insanely easy.

There wasn't enough rosin in the core to really do much of anything. I had to use flux to get a good Bond in just about everything I did with it.

Only two of the five rolls were correctly labeled for size. The other three were written in with pen (below the printed size) and barely legible. To add to that confusion, the original incorrect printed size was not crossed out which may have encouraged a closer look at the situation. Reading other reviews tipped me off to take a closer look at things. Another concern is that there is no verification of the solder composition (63/37?) or the actual flux. A lot of the labeling is in Chinese, so it could be included in that, but I don't read Chinese. Will likely discover those answers when I actually use it. Otherwise, speed of delivery and quality of packaging was good. I actually believe the product is as advertised, but those hard working Chinese need to get some of their paper work in order.

This is a great way to start off with soldering wire. You can try out different sizes of soldering wire to see which will work best for you and what you are working on. Great quality wire. Arrived on time and packaged nicely so as not to be damaged when you get it. Great for beginners to test out and see if you prefer. 6mm or 1.0mm and so forth.

Problem with what appears to be no flux in this batch. No flow, even with heat adjustment. Looks very dull with no flow. Maybe a good solder, but can't afford to waste time, because time is something I can't get back! update: cut off 1 foot of solder and now works fine will keep and use. Some people say shiny after removing the iron, I find it's dull.
