The product appears perfect, I just ordered the wrong height and it’s been a hassle trying to return for an exchange. The vendor is slow to respond but perhaps that’s due to a time difference. They won’t cover shipping but offered a discount which is equivalent to the cost of a shipping label but I’d still have the product and have to purchase a new set so I’d lose more money… nonetheless the product (I only assembled 1 chair) appears to be great quality and I do recommend, just be sure to measure your area (which i did but thought the complete chair was 30 in, instead it’s the legs that are). The stools are nice and very good quality for the price. They are sturdy and easy to put together that my 8 yr old put most of it together by herself. We love that they swivel. The only thing that caught me by surprise is the backs. I am only 5”0 tall and the back of these stools do not cover my back at all. The back stops right at my waist. When purchasing I assumed they weren’t high backs but thought something would be there to support my back. I can’t imagine a tall person sitting in these. This makes them not as comfortable as I’d like and still sometimes prefer sitting in a chair over these but my kids enjoy them so they will serve it’s purpose until I can afford something more expensive ... show more

Looks good, easy to clean, and sturdy. I was worried these would be absolute junk given the great price, but was proven wrong. Quick to assemble (about an hour and a half). Not wobbly at all if done right. Pro tip: use the rubber protectors that are on it for the feet.

The circle in the middle of the seat makes these stools look really cheap. When sitting in the stools, they kind of push you forward, and there's not much under your thighs, so they're kind of uncomfortable. The worst part is when you swivel, the ball bearings sound so terrible, it makes like a crunching sound. The circle foot rest part also has a bunch of loose welding slag inside of it, and you can hear it moving around when you move the stool. I love these stools! You truly cannot beat the price. Having kids, I was looking for plastic chairs I could easily wipe down. They are surprisingly comfortable and swivel nicely. I was worried my toddler would tip them over but the wide base prevents this. They are also fairly heavy. I ordered the 24” and my counter is 36” tall.
