I love this product and order it about once every two years (because it lasts a long time in such a big container. Because I have coarse gray hair, I have to have a product that will straighten it fully so that I can manage it. Because it’s in a large container, I’m able to use just what I need and not have to worry that a box version relaxer would run out and I wouldn’t be able to finish. Not much to add here. The product works as expected. It arrived on time. The only thing is that they need to get better packaging because some of the relaxer was starting to spill out of the side by the time I got it.
