The scissor button and needle up/down buttons do not work. DST files do not show anything near correct colors. So you have to use the few colors in the on board program to color out your design so you can recognize it. These machine have NO Warranty ! The machine Amazon sent me arrived with a broken internal part and luckily I was able to super glue it. The seller is just a web page with no address or phone in this country. That is why you can only contact them through Amazon. The seller can not furnish you with any parts. Your local sewing machine dealer will not be able to fix many issues you may have with this machine. These are black market machines and not legal to sell in the USA. The non USA seller will lie to you about this. ... show more

The machine is very easy to thread and replace the bobbin.. It makes perfect embroideries. That's the good.. However the screen freezes often, so you have to turn the power off. There doesn't seem to be a way to skip steps, unless I missed it in the almost useless manual. So when the power is back on you have to start over.. Also doesn't seem the be a "back" or "return" button.. So after only a few hours of using.. That's the bad. Update* so I found how the skip steps.. But you better know what thread count you need to start at.. Also a grid on the screen would've been nice, just incase you moved the original start location ... show more

Not impressed at all, for what they charge, you might want to get a Brother for a couple hundred less. The 5x7 is not true, the auto cut did not work, needle up and down nonfunctional. Am returning.
