I love this for my sensitive skin. My face feels clean but also not overly dry. Also removes makeup. I use with makeup eraser wash cloth. The refill is great since I know I'm going to keep using this product! It was also nice to use for travel to put in a travel bottle.

I have been using this product in rotation with two other gentle cleansers for my sensitive, acne prone, oily skin because I am overly sensitive to fragrance and other unnecessary ingredients in skincare. I also use this in tandem with my Tretinoin prescription and have had no issues. My skin loves this cleanser. I decided to try this refillable option out because it felt more cost effective and eco-friendlier in the long run. Full disclosure, I did read the reviews saying the spout arrived broke/defected, but I decided to purchase this anyway because I was running out of my current La Roche Posay Gentle Cleanser. It arrived about within the last hour with a broken spout tip soiled through the packaging cardboard through the other items I bought. I'm trying to figure out how to have a replacement product shipped to me, but so far none of the options Amazon has given me has been satisfactory. 10/10 for the Aveeno product itself. 0/10 for the product packaging/Amazon delivery method. ... show more
