I decided these wouldn't be the best for pills as they're large and there are no compartments. I use them for floss picks, bobby pins, and hair ties to keep my purse organized. The lids snap securely but are easy to open and I haven't had any issues with things spilling out into my purse.

Those little plastic boxes are in good quality in general and a bonus for the price that I can get 4. I have been using this for few weeks now, and it hasn’t had any issues. I would expect to find these in the dollar section for the whole pack. (Or at least less than $3) They don’t have strong closures and will easily pop open in a purse or bag. Since I’m throwing them into a lunch box with supplements, they will fit my needs okay… but I can’t get over the current list price making these over $1/piece. These pill organizers are exactly as expected. They are made with a thick plastic material that is easy to open and close. It does not open on its own, so I feel as if it is secure when I am carrying around in my bags. It is easy to see what is inside although I would have preferred to have it opaque for privacy.
