I have a 2001 black Silverado single cab V6. A few weeks ago I had the front headlights and front grill replaced. Because after 19 years the headlights glass cover is all faded and scratched up. After that it looked great. But when I walk back around to the rear and those break lights and center back light ruins the whole look. So I ordered these LED tail lights and a center back light and now it looks amazing. The only problem was trying to squeeze the break light bracket into the new tail light kit. With some shaking and wiggling it finally fit in. Almost thought I bought the wrong kit. Al the lights works perfectly. I love these new tail lights. They look really awesome. Overall I love the look of these taillights And the quality. They shipped fast and work amazing, fitment isn’t the best but isn’t the worse. But what do you expect in aftermarket parts. They are bright and definitely stand out. I recommend these.

I ordered these because they said it would fit an '04 Chevy Silverado 2500 and it absolutely does not and if you are even remotely considering buying this for your vehicle I would advise you not to. Yes the lights look extremely impressive on here and even in person. They hooked up properly and worked properly and I was super stoked until I went to screw them in. They were too short and had a huge gap either at the bottom or top and they did not fit when sliding into the back of the truck. They were loose and if you tried to tighten them even more then they ended up over by the tailgate and would have ended up broke. Second pair of lights that do not fit when they clearly state in the description that they do and hopefully this review helps people from wasting their time! ... show more

I miss reading the add and that's my fault, these aren't meant to fit my "classic body style 07 gmc truck "but was able to make them work.... just had to easily force my bulbs ĺnto place and this left an extra unused bulb slot (taped off, to prevent dust moisture issues) that my truck is not equipped with. This makes all the led's stay on instead of having 3 different stages depending on braking or turn signal, but not a big deal look and work great on my truck they weren't meant for!!! ... show more

I got the smoked set. They are the darkest set I’ve ever had so it taking some getting use to. I have in the past got black bezels not smoked lenses. The only dislike is the reflector is not reflective since it’s smoked too. Not sure if it’s legal being smoked. I did get brighter reverse bulbs to make up for the darkness. The design of the L shaped running lights make it very modern like a Tacoma or even top part of the Silverado High Country or Custom package tail lights just not as bright due to smoke. The brake lights I like since it light up a cluster of LEDs separate from the running lights so it is noticeably different when brakes are applied in case a driver behind me was distracted before I applied the brakes. This is a mixed review for me. I almost returned these after my initial install of the first side due to extremely poor fitment/alignment. However, I was able to get them to line up much better with the use of 1/4" spacers between the mounting tab and the body. Thie closed up the gap that can be seen from the side of the vehicle and allowed me to close the tailgate without the edge of the lens getting damaged. The overall fitment is as good as the GM housings from 2003 in fact. The 3 star rating is due to my needing to figure out how to fit these, having to also provide longer and larger diameter screws (the thread plates tolerance would not accept the factory screw pitch without slipping), and the fact that the stop/turn LEDs (the 2x5 grid array) is not as bright as it could be and has a different blinking cycle when the turn signal and stop light are both active vs when only turn signal is active. All in all, the headline says it, these will get the job done, but you may have to put some of your own ingenuity into the install process like I did to get the results you want. ... show more
