It spays consistent as long as you run a thin set up. Would recommend it comes with a stand and a hook in the future. Stand to refill paint and hook to keep sprayer on me and not the ground. Cut my painting time in half and saved my arms and wrists from torture. I was able to paint two rooms in a couple hours working at a slow pace. It has a really nice light to help with seeing any spots missed. You can adjust the intensity of coverage and best of all it is cordless. This bad boy is a game changer.

I don't understand why some tool manufacturers think it's a good idea to not include at least one battery with the products they sell. More and more of them are doing that these days. This cordless paint sprayer works great but you'll need to buy at least a couple DeWalt batteries to make sure you don't run out of juice in the middle of a painting job. The instructions leave a lot to be desired but it wasn't hard to figure out how to get the sprayer going. One of its best features is not having to be tied to an electrical or air hose, especially if what you're painting happens to be a long way from power or a compressor. As other reviewers have said, just make sure to clean the sprayer thoroughly when you're done with your job so there aren't any clogs the next time you go to use it.

I have not had the opportunity to use this item yet, as I have not needed to paint any rooms lately, but I can only (for now) give my first impression of the sprayer. I've handled other professional sprayers before, and by comparison, this is a bit more lightweight than most. This is not necessarily a bad thing or a strike against this product. It's not a professional or industrial tool that is meant to be used for hours every day for years to come by a pro painter. This is a product for regular people who occasionally paint rooms in a house or apartment over a long day or weekend with friends, where you promise to pay them back in pizza and beer. That all being said, it's well built and sturdy. It's powered by Dewalt rechargeable batteries, which are available at ANY hardware store. I like that the Sprayer is also the same color as Dewalt products, so it blends in with and matches a lot of your tools if you already own some Dewalt equipment - which would also mean that you likely already have batteries for this Sprayer. If you don't own Dewalt tools, you should probably buy two batteries and a charger for this Sprayer, so that you can quickly swap batteries when one runs out and continue painting while you charge the depleted battery. Will review further when I've had an opportunity to paint a bit with it!! So far, 5 Stars for a great first impression.

This has been a life-saver for me. I really love not being tied to a cord. It has made re-staining my fence so much easier. I like that it comes with everything you need to make sure the liquid you are spraying is the right consistency and also has the right sprayer nozzles. The battery lasts quite a while and the spray pattern is very even. I'm excited to try this repainting a cabinet in the garage. Very happy with it so far. The biggest thing is making sure you know how to clean it and clean it after every use. So I would recommend making sure you have everything you need to clean it before you even start your project.

Using dewalt batteries, this paint sprayer is great to work with as it's not only cordless but light weight. It sprays evenly on surfaces thanks to the dial on the handle. It's numerous nozzles are easy to install and cleaning is simple only needing to soak in water for a while. Refilling is simple and clean as the tank is easy to remove. I've only used water based paint but the results I've been getting are wonderful, this is a great tool to have!
