This thing works. Like it just works. If your looking for a relationship then don't get it cause you won't be leaving your house or putting effort into finding a relationship anymore. Nice idea, but it malfunctioned on the first use. The inside rubber portion at the top of the inside came loose, and will not sit back into the toy properly. So now the inside piece just flops around, and goes off track. The first time I ordered, the package got "lost", and when I placed the order again, the item didn't meet expectations for quality. Sincerely, someone who owns this now but can't use it.

There are pros and cons with this product that should be weighed. And they're highly subjective. Each person may be different since everybody's different! My personal opinion is it's a nice product but the battery life is not near long enough. And the one I have doesn't appear to show you any signal that it's charging when you plug it up other than the digital screen comes on and that's it. There's no signal that it's currently charging or a stop charging or is full charging. Desperately needs longer battery life and quicker charging time. That would bring it up to four stars.

Most people seeing "thrusting and rotating" would expect to find a single interior sleeve that both spins and moves up and down. There are indeed such devices available here at Amazon. However, this particular unit separates these two functions. Just above the entrance is a nubbed sleeve that moves up and down. This essentially works on the shaft. Higher up is a closed, half-dome-shaped cap, covered with nubs, that spins on the head. It does not move up and down. So all the thrusting happens on the shaft, and all the rotation happens on the head. This is fine if that particular combination suits you. For me, I can get pleasant sensations, but it is not what I really need to cross the finish line. Perhaps I will learn to get there with this unit, but at present, I cannot. I need thrusting on the head; the spinning alone is not enough. That is why I have given only 4 stars. At the same time, I can't complain about the build quality or functioning of this unit. It seems well made, and if its particular design suits the user it should hold up for a while. The two inner stimulators are not hard to remove for cleaning, although it took me a while to figure out that the top (rotating) part needs to be pulled out as a unit with the plastic mount along with the inner sleeve. It snaps back into place when clean. You do not want to peel the top sleeve out of the mount -- you'll never get it back in place. Charging is via a USB C port on the front face. There is no provision for a table or shower mount - you hold it like a game controller. There are two things that can be controlled -- the speed, and the pattern. These are controlled by up/down buttons on each side handle. The left buttons select the pattern: continuous, or one of three different intermittent patterns. The left digit on the two-digit LED shows which pattern is selected. The right buttons select the speed, again ranging from 1 through 4, and the selected speed is shown on the right LED digit. Thus, if the display reads "23" it means pattern 2, speed 3. Also on the right is a "finish" button that jumps to pattern 14, which is the highest speed and continuous action. It stays there as long as the button is held, so it is possible to jump back and forth between this pattern and another one. Overall, as noted above, the particular philosophy of this unit was not as effective for me as I would have liked. On the other hand, if you want to try something different, or want something that would probably edge for quite a while, perhaps worth a try.
