Very quick and intuitive setup. Just open the box, pull off the lens cap, plug in your HDMI and power cords, push the power button on the top of the projector, and you're up and running. The projector auto-focuses so you have clean focus right away. If you want to tweak it, there are focus adjustment buttons on the remote. The built-in speakers give great volume if you don't have a stereo system to plug into. Comes with a remote, power cord, HDMI cable, and an adaptor for audio output. Plenty of brightness in the picture and great picture quality (4K) I was quite impressed with the picture quality and the fact that there were no burned out or whited out pixels on the screen. No dust inside the lens. I really like that the remote has only the buttons I need. Easy to change Input Source, Adjust Focus, Adjust orientation, access Home Screen and Menu, Volume, and Power. What more do you need? I've owned a few projectors over the years and I'm just loving this one. It's my new favorite !!! It operates very quietly compared to the others I've owned. This is one of the better projectors for the price. Projection quality is above average among other projectors of the price. The speakers work well and have decent quality. The pairing to my laptop was instant, just connect and mirror-done within 5 seconds. Auto-focusing is a feature I didn't think I'd use but it's certainly handy and works better than with the naked eye. It also auto-adjusts the projection angle, too. The projector has a standard mounting hole for a bracket and a height-adjusting screw that can elevate the projection a few feet. Comes with a remote, HDMI to usbC cable, and aux to AV cable. Just note the projector uses a fan to cool itself, the left side must remain unobstructed for proper venting. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The A1 version is a nice step up from the G1 model I recently purchased for my son. I would say there are three main areas where this unit really shines: the automatic functions (auto focus, auto correction, auto screen adapt); the brightness of the projection - I’ve been able to use this is my living room without having to lower the shades as well as my basement with the lights on; and the sound quality from the internal speakers. I use both Google Chromecast as well as an HDMI connection to my iPhone 12 Max and both methods work flawlessly. The unit also comes with a few apps pre-installed, but I have yet to try them. The media could not be loaded. This is a really convenient projector. No need to hook up a laptop or phone if you want to project Netflix, Prime Video or other app enabled platform. Sound quality is surprisingly good and picture is nice and bright/vivid. Autofocus is a nice feature as well. Very easy setup too! Can't say enough how nice it is to have the apps built in and you can eve use a web browser if you need to share a web based content. Small enough to be easily portable ... show more

The FunFlix A1 is not 4k as advertised. The app to connect the iPhone to the projects has several bugs and does not allow you to stream anything to the projector. It would not be a problem if the local apps worked, but I could only use YouTube. Netflix, nor any other stream app works. So it is expensive for this poor quality projector. I am returning and buying a better one. I do not recommend to buy it. ... show more
