They do not snap or hold. Something is wrong with the way they were manufactured. These are supposed to be inserted while extended and then once inserted you push them shut and they lock. None of them work. There should be a star for negative ratings. I hate to give them a 1 rating because they don't deserve it. Honestly, I didn't realize that there were so damn many types of clips! So, this is probably on me. My recommendation, do your homework on the exact type of clip you need before ordering. I have used about 20 of this since purchasing. One size didn’t fit the size hole it claimed to, 2 have failed on the vehicle, and then yesterday while trying to remove some of the ones with the pop out center, all 13 heads broke off (as seen in the picture) The plastic is just too thin and brittle, I remove this type of clips all the time and occasionally break one here and there but so far I have only removed 1 or 2 from this kit that DID NOT break. The retainer clips with the screwdriver head were the ones that fit my application. I inserted a screwdriver into the tip and the head literally disintegrated. There was no way a screwdriver could ever be used. The material is too soft.

Nice variety of clips but I was able to use only a couple of sizes on my 2006 Toyota Corolla S. The tool it came with is good to have in my toolbox, beats trying to remove clips with a screwdriver. I will keep it as my friends could probably use a couple here and there. If my other order of clips arrived at the same time, I would return this set, but the set made specifically for my car is coming from China with delivery still 4-6 weeks away.
