I play the fiddle in a lot of jam sessions, some of which are outdoors. I wanted a tablet holder that was lightweight and compact because I have other equipment I need to move as well. This fits the bill perfectly and holds my 10" tablet. We sometimes have windy conditions where we play and I've never felt that it was going to tip over. One requirement I had for a holder was that I could rotate the tablet from landscape to portrait with JUST ONE HAND without having to loosen a screw or knob. I can hold the fiddle and bow in one hand and rotate the tablet with just friction. Others in my jam group have asked where I got the holder and at least four other players have bought the same stand on my recommendation. I never bother putting it in the bag it comes with, or unscrewing the flexible gooseneck. I just collapse the sections and fold up the legs. ... show more
